Knit & Crochet 
I crocheted this red and black poncho/cape for myself without a pattern.  It opens in the front, has side pockets and a collar, and is lined with black fleece for warmth.  It's very heavy and comfortable to wear.

This is Maggi in her red and black poncho.  She's my little "mini-me".  Her poncho is not fleece lined, has no pockets, and is not actually very practical for an active pup but looks very cute.  I need to work on making a style that is more practical for her to walk and play in.

This is Maggi's "Janice Joplin" sweater.  I crochetted it with a double strand of yarn, one of fun fur and one of your basic acrylic 4-ply.  The buttons are very ornate and have small swarovski crystals in them.  This is a very warm sweater and she can actually run around and play in this.  Unlike the above, this was made from a pattern.
